Marian Sam
Residing in Bo, Marian Sam is one of our sponsored children. Marian Sam is a proud pupil of the American Calvary Baptist Primary School Kowama, Bo City. She sat to the National Primary School Examination 2020/2021 school year. She is a clever young girl who would like to be a notable person in society. Marian’s ambition has led her to get an aggregate 310 in the National Primary School Examination. Marian Sam would like to continue her schooling at OAKS Secondary School, Bo city.

Child Empowerment - Donation of learning materials such as exercise books, pens, pencils, crayons, uniforms, bags, prescribed textbooks.

Donation learning and teaching materials for schools – registers, blackboard, chalks, pens, pencils, prescribed textbook, erasers, dusters, crayons, rulers and blackboard rulers.

Establishment of school resources centre (Library) – refurbishing of libraries in schools as a resource centre for children to read and understand what they read.

Infrastructure in schools - Refurbish school structures, provide furniture etc

Hygiene and sanitation – Construction of modern toilet and hand wash in partner schools. Teaching children how to maintain and manage their hygiene.

Promotion of radio discussions – Programme awareness on gender awareness, non-violence in schools and peace education on human rights.

ICT Program – Improve access to education in Sierra Leone.
